Shipping Policy

01No physical goods are shipped

DoxaEd Timetables is a software service used in a web browser. We do not sell, dispatch or deliver any physical product. There is no courier, no consignment, no tracking number, no delivery address and no shipping or handling charge of any kind.

This page exists so that the position is stated clearly, because it is commonly asked for during payment onboarding. Everything below describes how access to the software is provided instead.

02How the service is delivered

Access is provided to the account you already signed in with. There is nothing to download and nothing to install.

• You create a free account and can use the Free plan straight away at timetables.doxaed.com.
• When you buy or renew a paid plan, the plan is applied to your existing account as soon as the plan change is recorded — in practice, immediately once payment is confirmed by our payment partner Razorpay. You keep the same login; the features and the higher teacher limit for that plan become available at once.
• A paid plan runs for one year from that moment and renews automatically for a further year unless you cancel first — see the Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refunds policy.

If payment is confirmed but your plan has not changed, email us at doxaedoffice@gmail.com or call 9612165794 and we will correct it. We aim to respond to a report like that within one working day (Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST).

03What you need to use it

A current web browser and an internet connection. The application is responsive and works on a phone, tablet or desktop. Some views — the comparison grids and the timetable itself — are wide and scroll sideways on a small screen.

04Where the service is available

The Service is available wherever it can be reached over the internet and is lawful to use, and there is no territorial restriction on buying a plan. Plans are priced and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). If your card or bank account is held in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own charge; that is outside our control.

05Invoices

Razorpay issues a payment receipt to the email address used at checkout as soon as a payment succeeds. We email a DoxaEd invoice for the purchase to the address on the account within 3 working days, and you can ask for another copy at any time by emailing doxaedoffice@gmail.com.

DoxaEd is not registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST), so our invoices carry no GSTIN and no GST is charged on or added to the price. The amount shown on the pricing page is the whole amount payable.
